Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! We provide a one year warranty on every watch we sell. This warranty covers time keeping and mechanical functions for one year. If there are any mechanical issues with the watch within that year, just reach out and we will have our watchmaker perform the repair.

Every watch on our website goes through a thorough authentication process. We own our inventory, so we don't ask you to buy anything that we have not already purchased ourselves. All gem set watches on our website are original, factory set - we do not offer watches with custom gem work. We guarantee every watch we sell is authentic.

One the watch is purchased we have our watchmaker perform a final inspection, checking time and pressure testing if applicable. This process can take about 5-7 business days. We then ship fully insured via FedEx Overnight shipping.

We offer a 5 day inspection period and free returns. We realized it is difficult to commit to a watch without seeing it "in the metal." With that in mind, if you receive the watch, we want to give you ample time to see it in person and know that you love it. We accept returns within 5 days of receiving the watch as long as it is still in the condition you received it.
