Applied baton indexes, luminous plots and matching luminous hands give the dial a restrained, functional character, while the DAYTONA signature appears discreetly beneath COSMOGRAPH rather than in the red lettering associated with later examples. Surrounding the dial is the characteristic steel tachymeter bezel, complemented by pump pushers and the manually wound chronograph movement within.\n\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\nWith a 1.46 million serial number, this example dates to circa 1966, placing it firmly within the early years of Daytona production.
